Help for MemoServ - SENDOPS

Help for SENDOPS:

SENDOPS allows you to send a memo to all ops
on a channel. Only users allowed to view the
access list can do this.

Syntax: SENDOPS <#channel> <text>

Examples:
    /msg MemoServ SENDOPS #chat beware of badguy
